Mr. Green has litigated numerous jury and bench trials in the County Circuit Courts in Maryland and has litigated various civil matters in the District Court of Maryland. Mr. Green also has extensive experience in a broad range of transactional law including commerical and residential leasing, business formation, estate planning and general contract matters. Mr. Green routinely handles appeals to the Appellate Court of Maryland and the Supreme Court of Maryland and has argued and briefed many cases which have had a signfiicant impact on Maryland law that have resulted in reported opinions from the Appellate Court of Maryland and Supreme Court of Maryland.
Walter W. Green serves clients throughout the State of Maryland with a concentration in Prince George's, Calvert, Anne Arundel, Howard and Montgomery Counties. Mr. Green is a past President of the Prince George's County Bar Association and a third generation attorney whose family has provided legal services in Maryland for nearly 100 years. In nearly 25 years of practicing law, Mr. Green has gained extensive experience in civil litigation, including estate and trust litigation, disputes involving property, business, corporate and employment issues, and general commercial litigation. Mr. Green also defends attorneys in Attorney Grievance Commission matters. In 2017, Mr. Green was recognized by the Senate of Maryland for his impact on and commitment to Maryland law.
