Walter W. Green serves clients throughout the State of Maryland with a concentration in Prince George's, Calvert, Montgomery and Anne Arundel Counties.  Mr. Green is a third generation attorney whose family has assisted the citizens of Maryland with their legal needs for over 80 years. 

Mr. Green has extensive experience in civil litigation, including property related litigation, estate litigation, business and corporate litigation, general commercial litigation and appellate practice. Mr. Green represents clients in bench and jury trials in the many County Circuit Courts in Maryland and in cases in the District Court of Maryland.  Mr. Green routinely handles appeals to the Court of Special Appeals and the Court of Appeals of Maryland. Mr. Green has participated in several cases which have had a significant impact on Maryland law that resulted in reported opinions from the Court of Special Appeals and Court of Appeals.
